”Nacchan” なっちゃん

My father called Nano Nacchan. He did not say anything, but he had opinion to her name (Nanoka is too pop name for him). I do not especially say anything about it and let him call whatever he wants. うちの父は、なのかを「なっちゃん」と勝手に呼んでいる。なのか、とは呼びにくい名前らしい。

Parents in law were supposed to visit us to see Nanoka. I called mother in law to talk about it. She said, "I am looking forward to seeing Nacchan" Wow! Nacchan is the name of our parents generation? She told me that she even made the song called "Nacchan" Wow! 相方のご両親が、なのかを見に来る事になった。その事で電話をすると、「なっちゃんに会えるのが楽しみだわ〜」とお義母さん。なっちゃん、て親の世代には、親しみやすい呼び名なのかな？ちなみに、お義母さんは「なっちゃん」という歌も作ったのだと教えてくれた。

Then on the day of visit, all the people called Nanoka Nacchan. Well, it is fine for each people call whatever they want since it is all her lovely name. Nanoka will feel happy about various nick name she has some day. Mother in law did not sing the "Nacchan" song. That's pity. さて、訪問の日、大人達は口々に「なっちゃん」と呼んでいた。好きなように呼んでくれればいいんですが。だって、どれも、なのか、が愛されて呼ばれてる名前だもん。本人も大きくなって、いろんな名前で呼ばれてる事が、うれしく思う日が来るだろう。ちなみに、お義母さんは、「なっちゃん」の歌を披露せずに帰ってしまった。やっぱり、「なっちゃんはね〜」という歌だったのだろうか？
