Mikawachi Fes 三川内焼まつり

今日は、単身、三川内焼まつりに行ってきました。I went to the ceramic Festival at Mikawachi.

ポストカードの取材をさせてもらった窯元さん、嘉久正窯さん。I visited to take photos for postcard at the Kakusho factory.

ひとつひとつ、ていねいに絵付けをされています。They painted one by one in traditional way.

焼き物祭りにて、その器を購入。わが家も、とうとう、三川内焼き持ちに！薄くて、美しい、シンプルな磁器。お料理に合いそう。I finally bought this one of the most expensive ceramic-beautiful white and blue.

ちなみに、三川内小学校、三川内幼稚園は、焼き物祭りを毎年、社会見学してて、Local kids visited the fes

お小遣い数百円でお買い物をするんだそう。高価な三川内焼きを買えるの？と思ったけど、それ用のコーナーを設けて、お買い物を体験させてあげるのだそう。一生懸命、器を買ってる姿は、かわいかったです。and bought with their money around 500 yen. Is it possible for them to buy pricy Mikawachi ceramics? Actually they prepared for cheap stuff for them. It was cute to see the kids shopped ceramics.

許可を取って、写真を撮らせてもらったので、三川内コレクション Small dishes 

こちらは、凧のシリーズ。集めたくなります。These are collection of kites.

ちなみに、こちらは、ふたつきのおかず入れを探していて、発見。大量に作る前に、絵付けなしで試作したものだそうで、一点もの。こういうのが、陶器市の醍醐味かも。This bowl is made as a sample without paintings before making lots. So it is only one. That was fun to visit this kind of few.

１３日まで、行われる陶器市。三川内駅からも歩けるので、ぜひ、行ってみてください。
ちなみに、台風が直撃したら、閉鎖するそうで（割れ物に、強風は危険過ぎますもんね）、日曜日以降の開催が微妙との事。行かれるつもりの方は、今日、明日中がいいかもしれません。It will last till 13th, Monday, but they are not sure if the typoon comes. If you really want to visit, better to go today or tomorrow. It is near the Mikawachi station.
