grandma generations gather to baby おばさまホイホイ

When I walked with Nano, I met people talking to Nano. Most of them are same generations-late 50s to 70s. I felt that babies at this age(probably before standing) have strong appeal to them. It was almost like trap for catching that generations. Anyway this makes our walking happy one. ナノとおでかけをすると、５０代後半から７０代ぐらいまでのおば様に（時におじ様にも）声をかけられる。新興住宅地で、普段はあまり人が声を掛け合ってる姿が見えない街なのだが、この時期の赤ちゃんだけは特別なようで、強い求心力を持っているようだ。私は、まるで「おば様ホイホイのようだ」とすら思った。このおかげで、私は散歩が楽しくなった。

Nano has very bold attitude when she was on the stroller. She was relaxing like a king and kicking the bar with her bold legs. ベビーカーに乗ってる時のナノの態度は、相当なものだ。仏頂面でリラックスして、足はバーをガシガシと蹴っている。

For some reasons women in their from late 50s to 70s gather to Nano. She did not smile, but just has her "what's wrong" face. The women all said that she was cute and said "She smiled!" if Nano just narrowed her eyes.　親の目から見ても、「ふてぶてしいなあ」と思うその姿を、５０代後半から７０ぐらいの、世のおば様達は好もしいと思うらしく、「かわいいわ〜」と寄って来る。目を細めた瞬間を見て、「笑った」と喜んだりする。ナノは、わりと愛想が悪いので、あまり外で笑うとは思えないのだが、、、

On weekend, we went to Asakusa and husband carried Nano. While I bought sweets, the middle aged tourist came up to Nano and touched her and even called her friends to touch chubby hands and legs. 週末に浅草に行ったのだが、そこで旦那に抱っこされたナノは、観光中のおば様につかまった。「いや、このむちむち、触らせてもらいましょう」と友達をわざわざ呼んできて、みんなで触っていた。

At the community center in my neighbour, Nano and I hit on the group of those women who took flower arrangement class. They said that little ones were cute and one of women there said, "I want one!" well,,,　先日は、地域センターに寄ってみたら、生け花コース帰りのおば様の集団にぶちあたった。「あら、小さい子はかわいいはねえ。」とほほ笑むおば様の中の一人が、「私も欲しいわ〜」と言った。すごい発言だなあ。
