Toilet training トイレトレーニング近況

ナノカは、保育園に入る時に、１０枚のパンツを用意するように言われた。生活に慣れるのを待って、4月から、パンツ開始。しかし、ただはいて、もらして、持って帰ってくるだけの日々で、何ヶ月もの間、全くの進展なし。
Nanoka prepared 10 panties for the school and started to wear in April. She pee in the panties and brought wet panties every day for months.

In the note, I wrote to ask, "Should I motivate her more?" and teacher answered, "We are waiting for her natural subjective feeling for the toilet." I could see the kids with wet pants and without underwear in her class. 連絡帳に「もっと促した方がいいですか？」と書くと、「自然に感覚がわかって、自分でしたい、て思えるまで、気長に見守ってます」というお答えだった。そういえば、クラスは、パンツを濡らしたり、パンツを脱いだまま、ふらふら遊んでいる子でいっぱい。

At home, I let her wear pantie and brought her to the toilet, but nothing happened there. She did not know the feeling of peeing at first. So just kept peeing in the panties and I got many cleaning everytime including futon, blankets and expensive wooden blocks box,,,tried to be calm, tried not to be mad.家でもパンツをはかせて、トイレにつれてってみるが、そもそも意識して「おしっこをする」感覚がわかってないようで、トイレに座っても、何も起こらず、パンツを履いてから、もらす、という毎日であった。もちろん、その失敗の際に、布団やら、オモチャやら（先日は、積み木の箱の中に、、、悲劇であった）、被害が出る。神経質ではない私でも、まあまあショックなのだが、なるべく平静を装い、片付ける。

However last week, I found her pantie dry when she said, "I pee" Can it be happening soon? We ran to the toilet and she did it! We saw the faces each other saying, "Did it!" I teared...ところが、先週、「おしっこ」と言ったのに、パンツが濡れていない。「まさか、これから？」 と、大慌てでトイレに連れて行った所、「しょー」と出て、「でた〜」と二人で顔を見合わせてしまった。当然、母は感動で涙。

She was so happy that she called dad and grandpa to tell her success. After this, she could make it once of third times. Good start, darling!ナノカもはりきって、パパ、おじいちゃん、に電話をかけて報告。うれしかったんだね。その後、今まで全く、わかってなかったのに、３回に１回ぐらい、成功するようになった。まずまず、だね。

親は、成果が見えないと、何か対策を立てなければ行けないか？と、焦ってしまいがちだが、子供は常に発達中。その時期が来れば、機能が身につき、できるようになるんだと、（過ぎてみると冷静になって）思う。それまでの「おしっこをしたら、濡れる」「足をつたって、気持ち悪い」という、感覚を感じる事が、その助けになる。あらためて、気長に、おしっこをもらさせてくれていた、先生達に感謝。
Parents feel anxiety if there is no result, but actually kids are always developing and they can do when the time comes. Until then, it is important for them to feel "what is the feeling of peeing".  I thank to teachers who let Nanoka kept wetting the panties.
