ママはきれい Beautiful Mother

 When seeing the sketches of Ghibli, Nanoka found mother in Japanese old style and said, "She's beautiful!"

a few seconds later, she added, "You are more beautiful, mommy." She was always trying to be nice to me.

ナノカは、きれいなものに、とても、敏感だが、
その割には、母である、私には、非常に点数が甘い。
甘過ぎると、苦笑レベルになる。

でも、ありがたいと思わないとね。
「ママ、それ、おばさんみたいだよ」
「え、それ、着るの？参観日は、やめてよね」
と言われる日も近いだろう。
