ぎもん Question

つるでリース。秋の実りを飾り付けて。autumn wreath

日産の事件。
「おかしい」と感じた役員はいたそうだが、
権限が集中し過ぎていて、誰も、言い出さなかったとか。
Nobody in Nissan could not claim
even they felt something wrong.

優秀で、切れ者の人材が揃っていただろう、
大企業のトップクラスでも、
率直に、疑問を投げかけて、議論することができなかった。
It was such a big company
that the tops of exectives must be so clever and sophisticated,
but they never give their questions to discuss.

そんな組織の危うさを、社会のあちこちで感じる。
That kind of stagunations of organization are all over the society.

私は、なんでも、口に出てしまう方なので、
「おかしくないですか？」
と、言ってしまいがちだが、最近、それらの言葉が
宙に浮いて、空中崩壊していくことが、多い。
I originally say anything what I felt.
But recently whenever I said
"Something wrong about this,"
nobody reacted and my opinion just flow in the air.
 
そんなこんなで、段々と、意見を言わなくなった。
先日も、勇気が出ず、
「専門家によると、そういう対応は、
よくないと聞いたのですが、どうなんですか？」
と、言えなかった。
Then I hardly asked questions.
On the other day, I could not point out questions
at the school PTA commision.

子ども達は、まっすぐな目で、「なんで？」と言う。
Kids are more honest and straight
to give the questions.

残念ながら、学校も、いろいろな公共施設も、大人の作った組織なので、
その疑問を、受け止めず、一刀両断にしてしまうことがある。
But the school and any other public organasations are operated by
grownups and they do not like being bothered by small questions.

社会問題も、身近にあふれているのに、なんだか、他人事。
もちろん、問題を、自分一人で抱えるのは、重すぎるのだけど。
Lots of social problems are all over the town, but
people are igonoring minding their business.
Of course it is hard to think those problems as owns.

疑問を大切にしてほしい。
違和感を表現できる社会であってほしい。
そして、子どもがそうあるために、
大人は、都合で、面倒を押さえつけないでほしい。
Still kids need to keep "questions"
express them freely.
Please do not give them pressure to crash their free thoughts.

１００均で、なんでも安く揃う、時代。
でも、それは、なにかを損ねていないか、考えることも必要。
手で編んだ、いびつな、つるリースの美しさは、
「均一」ではない、なにか。
You can buy anything at100 yen flat rate shop, so do wreath base.
But I want my kid think about where those cheap staff coming from.
How it works at the society.
Also I want her to feel the beauty of non-uniformity.

ここで、飾った実や花は、すべて、水の底に沈む予定の所のもの。
それは、失って、いいものなのだろうか？
And those flowers and nuts were from the place
where the Government tried to make dam-the village would be under water.
Stop and think about it as own problem.
