Mountain climbing backyard? 裏山登る

Near our house, there is the place named "Udogoe" and I found the name as a great view platform in the guidebook. But we could not find where it was and just drove through. 私達のマンションの辺りには、「鵜渡越」と呼ばれている。鵜渡越という展望台があるらしい事をガイドブックで見かけて、どこだろう、と思って目を凝らすが、車で通っていても、それらしきものの入り口が見つけられない。

Last Sunday afternoon, I asked husband to walk around the neighbourhood for the first time. I wish we could find the way to the view point and actually we found suspecious path.そこで、先週の日曜日の夕方、「ちょっと、近所を歩いてみよう」と言う事になった。しばらく、歩いて行くと、あやしげな登り口を見つけた。

It was steep and dark slope, and looked like nobody used it for a while. After 10 minutes walk, we heard the sound,,,and boars were passing! They could be very dangerous if they attacked us and I was so scared. Can it be reaching a view point? Maybe already abandoned,,,登り始めてみると、暗くて、結構険しい坂が続く。ほとんど、人の立ち入った気配がなく、「これで、展望台につながってるの？」と思わせる。突然、ガサガサっという音がしたかと思うと、イノシシが３匹飛び出してきた。イノシシとぶつかったら、大怪我にすらなる。私は震え上がった。ていうか、裏山なんだけど、、、

The path reached a park with a great ocean view on the top. Nano was sleeping and missed it. We started with very easy idea, but it was almost treacking. We did not know we lived close to such a wild life.結論としては、展望台のある公園につながっていて、美しい九十九島が見渡せた。しかし、人が登ってきている様子はなく、すっかり廃れてしまっている（しかし、近所の方が掃除をしているらしく、きれいにしてある）軽い気持ちで登り始めたけど、軽い登山っぽくなって、結構、いい運動になった。たまには、登るか。
