Nanoka Art Work 1 ナノカ創作１

One day, Nanoka was making lots of dots on the paper. She used to draw only straight lines and recently she got to draw circles. But on that day, she was devoted to make dots.ある日、ナノカが紙に、テンテンばっかり描いてる事があった。突然、夢中で「テンテン」描いてるので、不思議に思った。

I found dots on my drawing pig and cats. It looked like chicken pox,,,She looks very satisfied.私の描いた豚と猫の絵にも、テンテンが描かれた。なんか、水疱瘡みたい、、、

I wondered why she started to draw only dots,,,and noticed the drawing I put on the wall a few days ago. I draw the dots( it was actually more like pattern though) on the background. She said, "rain" She copied me.考えながら、部屋を見渡して、はっとした。数日前に部屋に貼ったブタの絵の背後が、細かい水玉模様になっていたのだ。「これか！」と思った。ナノカに聞くと、「雨」を描いたのだそうだ。そっか、雨だと思ったのか。

These are the drawings she made at that time. From line, it changed to the dots.　こんなテンテンの絵が、えんえんと続く。

ナノカに、クレヨンを与えた当初、短い線ばかり、いっぱい引いていた。多分、子供の特徴なんだろうなあ、と思って見ていると、そのうち、ぐちゃぐちゃ、と円を描けるようになった。そんなある日、突然、テンテンばかりを描いているのを目にした。「なに？」と思ったが、好きにさせておくと、何枚も何枚も、描き続けた。後で、それは、私の絵を見て、描いていたんだな、と気づいた。
子供って、観察して、勝手に、どんどん自分に取り入れていく。当たり前だけど、何も、教えたりしなくても、絵を描けるようになる。その過程は、おもしろい。これは、２ヶ月程前の作品だけど、そろそろ、ナノカ美術館の展示品を入れ替えようと思い、記録。
Nanoka drew only short straight lines when I gave her crayon. It might be children's tendency.  Then she started to draw circles. One day, she was devoted to make dots all over the paper. I just let her doing whatever and she kept doing that several pages. I noticed that was inspired the wall picture I put a few days ago.
Kids observe and practice by themselves. I never taught her how to draw, but she developed drawing skill(?) by herself. It is very interesting.
