Boss! Ｓ田先生

Nanoka‘s form teacher is Ms. Shiota, an experienced teacher. When I had meeting with her before school started, she explained so quickly and led all the conversation that I just followed. I knew nothing anyway and I felt just she would handle everything OK.ナノカの担任の先生は、ベテランのＳ田先生だ。最初の面談で、あまりのテキパキとした説明と、「まずは９時半スタートにしましょうか」というような押しの強い取り決めに、保育園初心者の私はただただ「お願いします」と従うばかり。でも、そのおかげで、物事はパッパと決まり、安心感もあった。

After the school started, Nanoka cried every time I left her at the school, but when Ms.Shiota came over to her, Nanoka stopped crying and followed her quietly. ナノカは保育園に通い始めてから、毎回送っていく度に泣いていたが、見ていると、Ｓ田先生に「ナノカちゃん、先生とむこうば、行こうね」と言われると、すっと黙って従っていた。

At night, I reported husband what I saw at the nursery school. "Nanoka obeyed Ms.Shiota. She knew who was the boss at this group in the terms of wild life like the monkey's group." He seemed to be doubtful about my story.夜、相方に、「ナノカ、Ｓ田先生に服従してるんだよ。やっぱり、猿山とかと一緒でさ、保育園も一つの群れな訳でしょ。野生の勘で、ここの群れでは誰がボスか、瞬時に判断して、従ってるんだと思うなあ。これもサバイバル能力だよ。」と私が感心して報告すると、相方は「また、話を作ってるな」という感じで聞いていたが、、、

Then in the morning when husband dropped Nanoka at the school for the first time, he called me and said, "You were right. Ms.Shiota is boss and Nanoka obeyed her so well,,," いざ、自分が送っていくと、無事送り届けた報告の電話をしてきて、「ホントだった！Ｓ田先生はボスだったよ！」と一言。玄関先でやり取りしただけだったけど、一目でナノカが従ってる様子がわかったそう。

For the later part of the last week, Nanoka had been absent from the nursery school by fever and diarrhea.She became fine on Saturday, but at the evening of Saturday I got sick. I thrown up and got bad diarrhea over the night and did not get any better next day then I ran to weekend clinic to got glucose drip. It was Noro virus kind of stomachache, and I got already three times in this winter via Nanoka. I heard that kids especially from the nursery school brought various kinds of virus, but I was always worse in the symptom. I am afraid that she would bring Influenza next time...先週、ナノカは水、木、金、と結局、保育園を休んだ。発熱から、下痢をしたが、症状はそれ以上はひどくならず、土曜日にはすっかり治っていたが、今度は土曜日の夕方から、私が嘔吐、日曜日にはとても自宅静養では収まらなくなり、休日診療所で点滴までしてもらう羽目になった。どうやら、ナノカが拾ってきたのは、ウィルス性胃腸炎だったようだ。（しかし、私の症状の方が何倍もひどかった）これで、同じような症状を、１２月、１月、２月、と3回も経験した私。子供が活動しだすと（そして保育園に通いだすと特に）病気ばっかり拾ってくる、という話は聞いていたが、なぜか案外ケロッとしているナノカに比べ、重症化するのは私ばかり。今度、インフルエンザを拾ってきたら、どうしよう、、、と想像するだけで、おそろしい。
