Dress for wedding お食事会ワンピース

In January, I checked the dress for wedding lunch and found nice ivory one piece dress fitting me. I thought it was cute like casual wedding dress for French movies and it was good idea for wedding. My sister and Haruto thought it cute and I almost decided it. I kept it as a first choice and I thought coming back with husband when he returned.結婚お食事会のために、せめてワンピースを新調しようと思っている。１月に姉と寄ったお店で、アイボリーのシンプルなワンピースを試着して、「なんかイメージとしてはフランス映画のカジュアルなガーデンウェディングに出てきた感じかも」と、ほぼ、これに気持ちは決まっていた。３月に相方が帰ってきてから、再度、買いに来るつもりでいたのだが、、、



However in two months, my belly gets bigger than I expected. Now I cannot wear that dress since it was tight  and front skirt might be up. So husband and I went shopping to look for other dress.２ヶ月で、思った以上に腹がでかくなった。すこし余裕のあるデザインではあったものの、かっちりした形なので、今の体型で着ると、前のすそが上がってしまい、みっともなくなるだろう。違うワンピースを探さないといけなくなった。



Now whatever I wore, it looked humorous because of big belly. I actually do not care so much since belly is symbol of fetal and happiness. Anyway this is special day dress and I want something we both like. Husband said, "Tighter one shows your belly big. Should be covered."and picked one.早速、帰ってきた相方と週末に見かけたお店で試着してみたのだが、思いのほかお腹の大きさは目立つ。まあ、めでたい事だから、ご愛嬌かなあ、とも思うのだけど、「これは、お腹目立つよ。もっと、ゆったりしたデザインとかで、隠れたほうがいい」と相方はいい、総フリルのAラインのドレスを見つけてきた。



I was so shocked when I wore his choice. Clark tried so hard to fix the style and brought double skirt to wear underneath, but first of all, I look so funny. Even my belly does not show, this was not the choice!着てみると、もう、本当、悲劇的な似合わなさで、ビックリした。店員さんが、ペチコートやら、上着やら、いろいろ持ってきて、フォローしてくれたけど、何を足しても、とにかく、おもしろい感じにしかならない。こういうのは、森高千里みたいな、スレンダーな足の長い、スラッとした人が似合う服なんだってば。



At the dinner, husband talked about Madame Oya, very funny wife of successful business man famous for her strange costume. She was like old woman long time ago. And added, "you reminded me when you were in that dress." I cannot believe it. You made me wear that!後で、ご飯を食べてる時に、おもむろに「大屋政子って、誰の奥さんだっけ？」と突然、大屋政子の話題になった。そして、「あのワンピース着てるの見てて、思い出しちゃったよ」と付け加えた。むか～。あんたが着せたんでしょ～。だいたい、妊婦は何着ても、ちょっとユーモラスになっちゃうのよ。ああ～、ワンピースに関しては、ちょっとくやしいなあ。
