Book Reading at Aoyama 青山ブックセンターおはなし会

東京に引っ越してから、数える程しか青山に行った事がない（それも、用事で行ったので、目的地にしか行ってなかった）。おはなし会の前に青山を少し歩いたけど、オシャレですねえ。
I rarely went to Aoyama after I moved to Tokyo. This time I walked around before the book reading, it was fashionable.

さて、前日に「青山ブックセンターだから、いいだろう」という事で、私のワードローブの中で一番派手な黄色のワンピが引っ張り出されました。まずは、色で子供の心をつかむ！「スペシャルゲスト」として、紹介されて、おはなし会に登場した私。全体で２０名ぐらいの子供が参加してくれました。
I chose the vivid yellow dress for book reading. Maybe kids' heart was taken by this vivid colour, I thought. I was introduced at the end of the book time as special guest. About 20 kids joined.

「ものしり五郎丸」と「まんまるねこダイナ」の２冊を読みました。どちらも、少々ボリュームがあって、少し対象年齢も上かなあ、という本なので、２冊も集中力が持つか、心配してたのですが、
I read "Dinah! a cat adventure" and "Clever Goromaru". Both were rather long for small kids and I was worried that they could keep listening to whole stories,,

飽きずに、ちゃんと聞いてくれてました。いつも読んでいるお店のスタッフさんによると、「聞ける子もいれば、聞けない子もいる。聞ける時もあれば、聞ける部分もある。気にしないで、長いものも読んでいく」との事。確かに、ハルトも少しずつ、聞ける本の長さが長くなっていき、今は「タマコ」も聞けるようになったとの事。経験する事によって、子供は成長するものだし、ちょっと、うれしい一コマでした。
But they could listen. Book staff said, "Some kids can listen and some not. They can listen to some specific topic, or some parts. We do not care length so much." I was relieved. Yes, even Haruto listen to longer stories gradually. Reading experience helped kids to concentrate.

ちなみに、参加したハルトと、ハルトの友達シュンペイくんは、「ゴローマルだあ」「もう、読んだよ〜」と、言ってました。ははは、思った通りの行動、ありがとう！また、遊びに来てね。
