つくし Who suffer from the war?

つくし、を見つけた。
つくしを見かけることも、少なくて、
ナノカは、初めて、見たようだ。

最近、ナノカが、「今、せんそうしてる国、どこ？」と聞いてきた。
わたしは、「シリアとか、南スーダン、そして、クリミア半島とか、、、」
と話し、すべての戦闘地域を把握していないことを思い当たった。

ナノカが、「せんそう」の話を、し始めたのは、
以前、借りてきた絵本に、難民キャンプで暮らす、子供の話があり、
その影響だと思う。
「せんそうで、テントに住んでる人がいるよ」と、話していた。

なるべく公正に、正確に、真面目に、話に応えたい。
そこで、激しい描写がない、戦争を扱った絵本を、図書館で探してみた。

戦争中の暮らし。普通の暮らしが、どう変わってしまったのか。
人の悲しみ。身近な人を失った人が、どう感じたのか。

いつ、どうやって、戦争や平和について、話し始めたらいいのだろう。
そう思っていたが、
その時期は、自然と、やってきて、
小さな人の方から、求められるのだと、知った。
そして、今、普段の生活で、自分が、いかに、
無関心で、無知であるのだと、思い知ることにもなった。

難しいこと、大切なことは、
一気に教えても、本当の意味で、身にならない。
ていねいに、ひとつずつ、普段の生活で、
親も、一緒に、考えるように、
伝えていきたいな、と思う。

つくしを摘む、平和な春の昼下がりを、過ごせていない人のことを、思う。
つくしや、山菜が、食べられなくなってしまった、地域の人のことも、思う。
Nanoka asked me "where people suffer from the war?"
I answered "Syria, Sudan and Crimea,,,"and noticed I did not know much.

Nanoka probably got the idea from picture book
about the girls who stayed at the refugee camp.

I had been wondering when I should start to teach
war and peace but the time has naturally come from her.

I looked up some picture books which tells
how the life has changed under the war
and what happened emotionally who lost the important person in the war.
(it is too early for her to see what is going on in the middle of the battle)

In the daily life, it is easier to ignore the facts of many things.
People gradually see only the things in front of themselves
and try not to see the weak who was under difficulty.

It is painful to feel how powerless we are to solve the problems
but the things has been going on at some parts of the world
or even very close to us.

Just small change can change the world
if the big number of people feel the same way.
Ignorance is the worst things.

Saying "Peace is important" 10 times a day does not make peace.
It takes time for a little person to learn the peace.
We need patience about teaching and learning.

Think over the person who cannot enjoy the spring coming.
