Translate own story 自作を訳す

This is sample of two colour illustration for middle grade readers.
ちょっと上向けの読者用に、２色の挿絵の例。

I am now trying to translate some of my stories done by Japanese.
I usually wrote in English for English readers and in Japanese for Japanese readers.
Two culture are really different and my brain works differently.
現在、日本語で書いた文章を英訳しています。通常、英文は最初から英文で書くし、日本文は日本語で最初に書きます。二つの言語はとてもちがっていて、私の頭も違う考え方で書いているような気がします。

Readers are different of course. There is difference about taste of each cultures. Some emotions are common for every culture and some expression is not so commont for other culture. Very sensitive, sometimes. Very interesting.Especially reading is such a indivisual activity, it is not easy to discuss how much it goes into their heart.
読者が違えば、それぞれの文化での好みがあります。意外なほど通じることもあれば、ささいなことが伝わらなかったり、とても不思議です。ただ、読書は個人的な体験なので、どこまで心に響いたか、みたいな事を詳しく確かめることは困難。英語で文章を書くとは、自分がどこまで人に伝えているのか、手ごたえを自分で感じられないという、変な感じです。
